What sizes are your soap bars?
Currently, our cold process soap bars come in a 3.5 ounce rectangle.

How long will my soap last?
With proper drying care, our bars last up to 4 weeks with moderate consistent daily use. Every household is different so this number will change depending on the amount of soap you use daily, water usage, and how many people are in your household.

How do I store my soap bar?
We recommend storing your bar on a soap rack or caddy that allows the moisture to fully evaporate or drain between uses.

Do you offer unscented products?
We do! Our unscented bars are made using only a rich blend of natural olive, castor oil, and shea butter. You can find them here.
What are your most popular scents?
Our most popular scents include any bar from the Lavender Collection, the Fresh & Clean Collection, and the Rugged Collection.
Which bars are most exfoliating?
Exfoliation is an important part of any clean routine. We recommend exfoliating at least once week to keep your skin smooth and fresh. The best bars for exfoliating include Patchouli Mud and Charcoal Mud Tea Tree.

Do your products contain phthalates or parabens?
Since we source only the most natural ingredients in our products, our products are made without phthalates or parabens.
What is the shelf life of a bar of soap?
We recommend not storing our bars for longer than 24 months for maximum fragrance and potency.
Are your bars hypoallergenic?
While our bars are not tested to be hypoallergenic, we have gotten many reports from customers with sensitive skin saying that they have had positive results! While all of our bar soap is formulated to be extra gentle, if you do have sensitive skin we recommend trying our Unscented bar which is specifically formulated without fragrance.
Do the Bubble Factory soaps contain gluten?
Our products are not created using any gluten containing ingredients. However, we do use oatmeal as an ingredient in some of our products including Lavender Oatmeal. Those with severe skin sensitivities to gluten proteins are advised to avoid oatmeal that is not gluten free certified.
Are your products vegan?
All of our soap formulas are created using vegan ingredients. However, we do use a little bit of natural lard to coat the insides of our soap molds.

How soon can I expect my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
What shipping methods do you use?
Our shipping methods include all major US carriers USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

How much does shipping cost?
We use standard shipping rates as dictated by the shipping companies. Shipping rates will vary based on order size.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time we do not offer free shipping.
Do you offer returns?
